FAQ for ISABET EDUCATION METHOD
Question 1: How can I register to the Isabet Training Model?
Answer 1: Pre-registration must be made from the online system for registration. Our training consultants will contact you after the pre-registration
Question 2: Will I receive a diploma and transcript after graduation?
Answer 2: After you successfully complete your four year high school education, a diploma and transcript will be given.
Question 3: Will I be able to enroll any College/University of my choosing?
Answer 3: The Colleges and Universities in America accept 97% of home school students.
Question 4: Will I have physical education and sports activities?
Answer 4: There will be two hours of physical education lessons weekly with our coaches.
Question 5: How will I be in contact with my child?
Answer 5: The personnel and school (dormitory) phones can be contacted at any time.
Question 6: Do the teachers have certificates?
Answer 6: All of our teachers are certified and comply with educational standards. They have been registered and background checks have been performed.
Question 7: Can I enroll into another school when I make a midterm transfer?
Answer 7: With the transcripts and documents we provide, it is possible to register/transfer to another school.
Question 8: How will the meetings with the department of education be?
The correspondence with the department of education will be the parents through our means. All documents requested by the department will be prepared by us and delivered to the department of education with the signature of the parent.
Question 9: What are my responsibilities as a parent?
- Transcripts and attendance documents of our students will be prepared periodically by our institution and must be sent by the parent to the department of education. Therefore, it is up to the parent to contact the department of education.
- Official educational responsibilities belong to the parent. Our institution is helpful for parents who are willing to provide their children with home school education.
Question 10: What is appealing about isabet? Whats the difference?
Answer 10: It is an institution where both worldly and religious education can be received. In addition, weekly and monthly levels of students are closely followed.
Question 11: Is there a program for students who require special education?
Answer 11: Unfortunately, as of now there is no program for students who are in need of special education.
Question 12: What is the daily and weekly program of the students?
- In our daily program, 6 hours of school and 2 hours of religious courses are taught. In addition, our prayers are performed in congregation 5 times daily. Lastly, Yasin-i Serif and Ayetul Kursi Khatims are held daily.
- During the weekly schedule, we have speeches and Kur’an-i Kerim Khatims. In addition, personal/character development lessons and physical education lessons are provided weekly to our students.
- Duha, teheccud, tesbih, evvabin salahs are prayed weekly as spritual benefit.
Question 13: How does the students break/recess schedule operate?
Answer 13: Our students are given an oppurtunity to go out shopping at malls/stores on Sunday afternoons and a 2.5 day home visit every two weeks.
Question 14: Which books are used for religious courses?
Answer 14:Benefitting from the work of ahli Sunnah scholars;
a- Ilmihal and fiqih lectures, ahli sunnah and arabic grammar (sarf, nahv) books are taught.
Question 15: What is the itiqad and amal attitude of your mezhep?
Answer 15: Our institutions are trained as Ahli sunnah wal cemaah while the amal is hanefi. Muslims belonging to the shafii mazhap are trained by shafii and hanbeli fiqih.
Question 16: What will be the level of religious knowledge when graduated?
Answer 16: Upon gradaution, students will be qualified to perform and lead salatul jumaah with proper qiraah as an imam and provide lectures to the congregation .
Question 17: How do you follow our children’s religious duties such as prayer?
Answer 17: In order to encourage the child to pray with a congregation, 5-time daily prayers are performed with our students along with all of the students and staff as a congregation.
Question 18: What are your social activities?
Answer 18: Knowledge, Kur’an-i Kerim recitation contest and Tuzder (brain teaser) competitions as well as picnic gatherins are held annually for the students. In addition, other social activities are planned monthly. (Museum Visits, Field Trips, etc. We require a parent consent form to be signed before these events.)
Question 19: What discounts are provided when registering two or more students from the same family.
Answer 19: Registration discounts are calculated at 25% for brother/sisters studying in our institutions.
Question 20: How does our child meet the need for hygiene, laundry, and personal cleaning?
Answer 20: Washing and drying machines are provided for the students in the dormitory. There are enough showers, bathrooms and sinks in our schools/dormitories for personal hygiene as well.
Question 21: Do you have any other dormatories where this service is provided?

Question 22: How do you ensure the safety of your building?
Answer 22: The safety of our buildings comply with the offical legislation. (Official Safety standards and the support of security cameras)
Question 23: What is your source of income? Are there organizations that you recieve financial support from?
Answer 23: Our dormitories are active with the help of our Muslim Brothers and Sisters generous zekaah and other donations.
Question 24: What is the dress code regulation is your institution?
Answer 24: The students are requested to wear dress pants and shirts. During the summer, a polo shirt is permitted. Jeans and shorts are prohibited.
Question 25: My child is a selective eater, how do you prepare the menu? Can we bring food from home?
Answer 25: Healthy meals are prepared to our studens by making food lists by our chefs. If possible, from outside the dormitory and home is not preferred.
Question 26: Is there a cooking permit?
Answer 26: We have official permits from the department of health.
Question 27: Do you have a medical staff? How is the first intervention done when my child is ill/injured?
Answer 27: Our teachers have a recieved a first aid seminar and in emergency situations 911 is dialed.
