Hajj

In addition to its educational activities, the United American Muslim Association strives to ensure that Muslims can worship in accordance with sunnah. The UAMA provides the education and companionship services required for the fard pilgrimage to every Muslim with financial means.

Before the pilgrimage organization, necessary trainings are given to Pilgrims by competent imams in our branches. In our mosques, pilgrim candidates are taught the fards, sunnahs and mustahabs of the Hajj practically through rehearsals.

Transportation and accommodation services for pilgrimage are organized by UAMA and all items to be used are provided to pilgrims from our branches. In the follow-up of visa procedures, those in charge of our branches will assist the pilgrim candidates.

Our Prophet (PBUH) is visited along with the pilgrimage. Daily khatm and religious conversation programs are performed during all visits.

Accomplish the Hajj and the ‘Umrah for Allah (Baqarah, 196)

And (remember) when We pointed out for Ibrāhīm the place of the House (of Allah) saying, “Do not associate anything with Me as My partner, and purify My House for those who make Tawāf (circumambulation around it), and those who perform Qiyām (standing up in worship) and those who perform Rukū‘ (bowing down) and Sujūd (prostration) (Hajj, 26)

And proclaim to the people the ḥajj [pilgrimage]; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass (Hajj, 27)
